The Cup goes to the league with the best overall score, counting its best three team scores. Which is why a league enters more than three teams — depth wins it.

The Format

A 2-Person Scramble

Both players tee off, you pick the better ball, and you both play from there — all the way to the hole. It is the friendliest format in golf, and the fastest.

How a league enters

  1. 3
    Teams Minimum

    Six players. Below three teams a league has no Cup score, because the Cup counts your best three.

  2. 5
    Teams Recommended

    Ten players. Two spare teams means one rough round does not cost your league the Cup.

  3. Every Team Plays

    No cuts and no reserves. Enter more than five if your league has the appetite — everyone tees off.

This is how the tournament runs when there is room in it. The field for 2026 is full, so what a league can do now is ask to be called if a spot opens.
